Ahvaz astronomical society will consider doing crescent observation seminar on Sunday 2007/10/07 in Khanahye Javan (Cultural center) from 15:00 until 17:00. Registration will start on 2007/09/30 and end on 2007/10/06.
11th term of astronomy courses will be done in elementary level on Oct 2007. In this term, pupils will learn about the birth of the universe, solar system, preliminary observation and space sciences. This term will be started on 2007/09/29. The cost of this term is 25000 T. This term consists of 8 rounds during one month. Contact us for more information.
One of other achievements of Ahvaz astronomical society is a treaty with Khaneh Javan cultural center. This cultural center has a community hall and advanced astronomical station. Hereafter, this station starts his action about education in cooperation with Ahvaz astronomical society.
Schematization session for Ramazan crescent observation of this year was done two week ago. In that session we considered to prepare tools and sites that we need them for crescent observation. The last session was done one day before departure (Tuesday 2007/09/11) with presidency of Mr. Mohhamad Zadeh. Team A go to heights of Haftgel city environs on Wednesday 2007/09/12 in 12 O’clock.
The summer astronomical day will be celebrated at Ahvaz astronomical society office on 2007/09/14 from 18:00 until 21:00.
Because Ahvaz astronomy society considers spreading its actions and introducing them to other astronomy societies we’ve decided to take part in crescent congress that will took place in Tehran on 2007/09/05. Ahvaz astronomy society considers providing his loge and showing society actions in all topics specific crescent observation to people. Society members can express ideas to office society until 2007/09/02.

Ahvaz astronomy society was the guest of the night sky for thirteenth stair. This observation was done in Amir Kabir School that locates in Sardasht.
